By accessing or using SiteRecipe.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

SiteRecipe provides website technology detection, vulnerability intelligence, and website dataset services. Our platform scans publicly accessible websites and cross-references detected technology versions against public vulnerability databases.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SiteRecipe only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the data to engage in unauthorized access to any computer system
  • Use vulnerability data to exploit or attack websites
  • Resell or redistribute our datasets without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
  • Use automated tools to make excessive API requests

4. Data Accuracy

SiteRecipe makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of technology detection results or vulnerability data. All reports are provided for informational purposes only. Detection of a technology version does not confirm active exploitation of any vulnerability.

5. Vulnerability Reports Disclaimer

Vulnerability reports are based on publicly available CVE data from the National Vulnerability Database (NVD). This information does not confirm active exploitation on any specific website. Always consult a qualified security professional before taking action based on our reports.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing period has started. One-time dataset purchases are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data, and technology on SiteRecipe is the property of SiteRecipe.com unless otherwise noted. CVE data sourced from NVD/NIST is public domain. You may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary datasets without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SiteRecipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on our data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
